I know what it’s like to live with anxiety—when your mind races, self-doubt creeps in, and even small things feel overwhelming. I’ve been there. That’s what led me to this work.

I like to work with young adults who are navigating anxiety, executive functioning challenges, and life transitions—especially those who are neurodivergent or seeking faith-based support.
